Automatic assembly system.
The only manual operation on this machine is to feed the machine with the valve body.
The bracket (1.5 x 3 x 3 mm gauge) and the ball (diameter 2) are automatically powered by vibrating bolts.
This system prevents human error because it checks the ball with a laser sensor and the bracket insertion monitors the pushing force and the pushing distance
with a Kistler system.
